Asia Vianna
Program Director for YTT 200 & YTT 300
Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher 500 HR & Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider
Asia’s love affair with movement started in childhood, yet her journey with yoga did not begin until 2014 with a trial class at a local dance studio. From there she was introduced to the mindfulness of yoga at a small community studio. It was not until moving to Hyattsville in 2015 that Asia came across Love Yoga and immediately felt connected and has been hooked on yoga ever since.
Asia’s journey along the Seat of the Teacher began at Love Yoga Studio, before becoming the studio owner. She completed her 200 Hours Yoga Teacher Training at Love and then during the COVID-19 pandemic completed her Trauma-Sensitive Yoga Teacher Certification & 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training. Asia loves to facilitate continuing education workshops and curate specialty certification programs and run yoga teacher training cohorts. She has a passion for helping people learn in interactive, reflective and thorough ways. Early on in her tenure with Love’s Yoga School, Asia created The Love Way Exchange, a barter-based scholarship to make yoga training and certification programs more accessible.

Courtney Daley
200 Hour Yoga Teacher Coach
Registered 200 HR Yoga Teacher & 300 Hr Yoga Teacher Training Candidate
Courtney learned about the practice of yoga, as a preteen, from a book about yoga poses that her mother bought; however, it wasn't until a violin professor suggested she try yoga that she found Love Yoga Studio and developed a consistent practice. Through her time as a studio assistant and eventual participation in yoga immersion courses, she deepened her practice. Courtney is a music educator, and after sharing her yoga journey and practice with her music students, she was inspired to complete the 95-hour Children’s Yoga Teacher certification program hosted at Love Yoga Studio in the summer of 2021. In the summer of 2022, Courtney began her foundations yoga teacher training program, earning her 200-hour Yoga Teacher certification in the fall of 2022 from Love Yoga. Courtney’s favorite parts of her yoga practice is practicing in community and seeing her body progress through the asana practice. She enjoys practicing vinyasa, hatha and yin yoga. She also asserts that her yoga practice has given her a new, deeper perspective in her faith. Courtney is currently pursuing the 300-hour Advanced Yoga Teacher certification at Love and is serving as the Yoga Teacher Coach for students in the foundations level training. Courtney is a true example of someone who is committed to her yogic practice on and off the mat, evidenced by the many investments (time, finances, energy, etc.) she has made for her practice as a student and in the Seat of the Teacher. At her core, Courtney is a teacher that loves to teach not because it puts her in charge, but because it makes her a constant student. One day, if you get the chance, ask her about the five tools that yoga has given her. It's a beautiful story.

Dayna Washington
Chakras Yoga Immersion Facilitator
Registered 200 Hr Yoga Teacher & 300 Hr Yoga Teacher Training Candidate
Dayna began practicing yoga over 4 years ago while searching for a form of exercise to help with stress and anxiety. It started as a great way for her to develop a routine for flexibility and movement. Over time he practice evolved as a tool for stress reduction and self-care. She loved yoga so much she decided to teach and share the practice with others.
Dayna views yoga as a tool to support our mind, body, and soul. It is a way to connect with our inner divine beings, to discover the part of us that has been forgotten, the parts that have been hidden. By purposefully merging movement, breathwork, and meditation we can tune into our energy; allowing us to ignite our spirits, connect with the beauty of our souls, and deepen the love for our authentic selves. Thru the practice we are invited to look inward and observe, release, adjust, enabling us to tap into the divine essence that dwells inside of us all.
