Dayna
Registered Yoga Teacher 200 HR; Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher 85 HR; Certified Meditation Teacher; Advanced YTT 300 Student
"I began practicing yoga over 4 years ago while searching for a form of exercise to help with stress and anxiety. It started as a great way for me to develop a routine for flexibility and movement. Over time my practice evolved as a tool for stress reduction and self-care. I loved yoga so much she decided to teach and share the practice with others.
Yoga is a tool to support our mind, body, and soul. It is a way to connect with our inner divine beings, to discover the part of us that has been forgotten, the parts that have been hidden. By purposefully merging movement, breathwork, and meditation we can tune into our energy; allowing us to ignite our spirits, connect with the beauty of our souls, and deepen the love for our authentic selves. Thru the practice we are invited to look inward and observe, release, adjust, enabling us to tap into the divine essence that dwells inside of us all."
