Family Yoga Drop-in Classes
Join in on the fun with this family yoga class for children and their grown-ups. This family yoga class begins with a 5 min community conversation about living mindfully followed by 25 minutes of family yoga and ending with 15 minutes of adult yoga and free play for the kids. Baby Love Class Series
This parent-child class is designed to foster movement exploration through developmentally appropriate yoga poses, baby dance jams, and supported rolls.
In this child and parent class you’ll also find a supportive environment for you to nurture your little mover’s social development with other yogi babies! Baby Love is for infants 4-11 months.

This parent-child class is designed to foster movement exploration through developmentally appropriate yoga poses, baby dance jams, and supported rolls.

Yogi Tots Class Series
Yoga as Play! Yay! This toddler and preschooler yoga class supports bonding time between you and your 2-3 year old! Children at this age often delight in sharing time together. Come ready to explore various movements through imaginative play, whimsical themes and fun music!

Young Yogis Class Series
During this class, your Young Yogi will have opportunities to learn yoga poses, while promoting self-confidence. In this fun upbeat class for children (4-6 years old) are supported in learning yoga at a developmentally appropriate level, while also being offered a pathway to mindfulness. In this class, Young Yogis will connect to themselves and others, harness their breath, move their bodies, practice their ability to focus and relax!

Junior Yogis Class Series
Calling all 7-12 year olds, who are ready to release some energy through fun yoga poses and activities! Junior Yogis will also learn tools to control their breath and increase focus and concentration.

Dear Young Yogi Class Series
Dear Grownups, give your dear little yogi (3-6 year olds) a chance for story time and mindful writing, drawing and coloring activities. We will end our class with yoga stretching!

Dear Junior Yogi Class Series
Dear Junior Yogi is a combination of two mindfulness practices; yoga and journaling for kids 7-12 years old. The class begins with a creative writing/journaling session, followed by an exploration of yoga poses, a concentration activity and deep breathing exercise. Class ends with a short guided visualization practice.

Dear Teen Yogi
Dear Teen Yogi is a time for mindful writing and movement, designed to promote introspection, self-awareness and mindfulness practices. The class starts off with a body scan, followed by 5 minutes of stretching. Next the mindfulness teacher will read aloud a letter and then offer journaling prompts for the teens to reflect and respond to. This is followed by yoga stations and guided meditation, ending with a restful moment of silence.

Goddess Girl (4th-8th graders)
This movement workshop is designed for young girls.
Goddess Girl offers an introduction to yoga and other mindful movements. Other activities may include journaling, aromatherapy, and uplifting discussions. The goal of Goddess Girl is to promote empowerment, self-love, and a positive body image. Goddess Girl gives young ladies tools to destress and manage emotions.

Yoga Night (4th-8th graders)
This social time is designed for preteens and early teens to reap the benefits of mindfulness and healthy social environments. Activities are a combination of structured mindfulness lessons, yoga stations and free time with the youth as the leaders. Yoga helps adolescents build self-awareness, take the perspective of others and increases emotional strength. It also helps develop discipline, improves concentration and sleep quality, while also offering strategies to deal with stress and anxiety. Additionally, Yoga Night is the perfect chance for your teen to get moving!

Yogi Night Camp
Night camp is a three hour (6-9pm), evening, drop-off for yogis ages 3-9 years old that are potty independent. During this three hour session, your young yogi will have opportunities to learn yoga poses, while promoting self-confidence.
Your young yogi will also be taught tools to control their breath and techniques to focus and concentrate. This is a high-energy age group and we will keep them busy in a screen-free environment. Please pack your yogi a healthy snack and a water bottle. There is a late fee if your young yogi is picked up after the 5 minute grace period.
Yogi Camps
