Yoga 101
A class series for beginner yogis that want a slower, paced breakdown of poses, breathing techniques, and meditation. Yoga 101 provides a chance to ask questions and gain understanding of the practice. This four week class series focuses on fundamental asanas (poses) of yoga, pranayama (deep breathing techniques), meditation skills, and energy flows. After completing this series, you will have the understanding you need to continue a solid yoga practice.

Sunrise Flow
Flow your way into the morning with this self-paced 60-minute invigorating practice welcoming both breath and mindfulness to your day. Upon arrival select an intention or affirmation card to center your practice and then begin moving through several rounds of Sun Salutation A, Classical Sun Salutation and Sun Salutation B. End you practice with breath work and guided concentration, before winding down with a calming, meditative savasana.

Aromaflow Yoga
Aromaflow is a aromatherapy infused, slow flow practice. The experience is full of deep breaths, stretches and twists, while immersed in the scent of the featured essential oils. This class is the perfect way to unwind at the of your day and rejuvenate for the rest of your week.

Meditative Flow
This is a vinyasa-like class that begins with a slow sequence of poses and movements intended to bring peace to the mind and ease to the body.
Rhythmic meditation music is used to guide students through 45 minutes of slow, yet challenging sequence of poses and mindful movements, followed by 15 minutes of savasana. Students will leave feeling invigorated and nourished!

Chakra Yoga
This hatha based class is themed around the seven chakras, with the specific aim of unblocking the energy in your body to allow for both a centering and release.
This class includes practicing poses (asanas), with awareness of the fundamental principles of alignment and breath work. Additionally, mudras (hand gestures) and concentration practices are included to create more awareness in the body.

Afternoon Yoga
Move into a illuminating spaciousness with this 45 minute lunch break class, designed to build heat, stretch your muscles and offer a moment of calmness. This class begins with a short centering followed by revitalizing and and energizing rounds of Sun Salutations. We will end with a period of deep stretching and a short guided meditation.

Gentle Flow
This class is for the yogi who seeks a slower paced practice. In this class, the teacher will offer modifications and use props generously to support your practice. If you experience extra tight hips, cranky knees, and/or other minor body ailments this may be the class for you!

Strengthen & Flow
This class is an active vinyasa flow with strength and power building elements sprinkled throughout. Students use their body weight and yoga props to build long lean muscles, in addition to stretching to increase flexibility and practicing breath work to expand lung capacity. Students will leave this class feeling empowered and physically invigorated.

Breathe & Flow
Breathe, stretch, bend and twist as you center yourself with this energizing and uplifting flow class. Within these 60 minutes, you will experience a movement meditation with yoga poses and deep breathing. You will leave this class feeling grounded and at peace!

Inversion Flow
Are you intrigued by inversions but nervous about exploring them on your own? Have you always wanted to do a headstand but could never build up strength and mobility or haven’t felt safe or confident doing them alone? This class will give you multiple opportunities to safely explore headstands supported by a headstand bench as well as other inversions in addition to offering a challenging vinyasa flow that includes Sun Salutation B. Time will also be spent exploring inversions using the yoga wheel. The yoga wheel is a supportive prop that helps to improve flexibility, increase strength and endurance and stimulates fascia/connective tissue. This class is not void of mindfulness and introspection as we will begin with a yoga philosophy contemplation centering and end with guided breathing, visualization or meditation. Going upside down is not recommended for persons with glaucoma, high blood pressure, heart issues, pregnancy, migraines and those with head, neck or shoulder injuries. Any person with a healthy neck, shoulders and back can participate in this practice. No inversion experience is necessary and props are provided.

Power Flow Tone & Sculpt
This 45-minute class is designed to give you a burst of energy, while you challenge, tone and sculpt your body. This quick moving class begins with an invigorating warm-up flow followed by sun salutations that are great for strength training both the body and of the mind! A ten-minute circuit training follows that may include the use of free weights, Pilates ring, yoga wheel, jump rope + more. We will come back together for a collective yoga sequence and then end with core work and savasana. You will leave this class feeling invigorated and accomplished, as whatever you do will be celebrated. There are no have-tos or judgment in this class.

Dear Yogi
Journal & Meditate: This class is a time for mindfulness, set to start your morning off with introspection, self-awareness and serenity. This session starts off with a body scan, followed by 5 minutes of improvisational stretching. Next your writing guide will read aloud a letter and then offer journaling prompts for you to reflect and respond to. This class will end with a guided meditation.

Stretch & Flow
If your focus is on increasing flexibility, this is the class for you! In this alignment-based class, students hold poses slightly longer than in vinyasa flow classes, so muscles have a chance to release.
Tennis balls and other props may be used for myofascial release. There will be particular emphasis on increasing flexibility in hamstrings, hips, shoulders, and back.

90-Min Movement Meditation
This hatha class includes practicing poses (asanas), with awareness of the fundamental principles of alignment. Poses are held for 5-7 deep breaths and include seated, kneeling, prone, supine, standing, balancing and inverted postures. There are plenty of variations to make each pose accessible to each body. Following the movement portion of class we will move into breathwork and a few different meditative practices.

Slow Flow
This class is an hour of slow paced poses and guided meditation, focused on giving the entire body a full stretch. The pace of class increases slightly in the middle of class, supporting strength building and cardio health. Students will leave feeling invigorated and ready to finish their week at peace and with love!

Yin Yoga
This class is an introspective, slow meditative practice where poses are held for several minutes at a time, actively stretching connective tissues to strengthen and lengthen them. As you apply gentle tension to your body for long periods of time, you create an opportunity for mindfulness, practice intentional breathing and activate the energetic body.

Yoga 101
This class is for the beginner yogi that want a slower, paced breakdown of poses, breathing techniques, and meditation. Yoga 101 provides a chance to ask questions and gain understanding of the practice. Commit to attending this class weekly to build a solid yoga practice in a warm, welcoming and non-judgmental space.

Breathe & Meditate
This 45-minute class begins with self-guided centering and then moves into a Sun Salutation warm-up. A guided breathing practice follows focusing on breath awareness, deep breathing practices and yoga breath expansion techniques. A guided meditation follows beginning with various concentration techniques and ending with minutes of seated stillness. You will leave this class feeling clarity and a sense of calmness. This class is great for everyone, especially those who may struggle with asthma and/or anxiety.

Power Flow
This 60 minute class is designed to give you a burst of energy, while you challenge and push your body to new heights. This quick moving class is great for strength training both of the body and of the mind! You will leave this class feeling invigorated and accomplished, as whatever you do will be celebrated. There are no have-to's or judgment in this class.

Serenity Yoga
This class is a combination of Gentle Yoga and Yoga Nidra. The first 20 minutes of class includes a slow paced hatha style sequence to open the energy channels of the body and get you moving. The last 40 minutes of class takes you through a complete Yoga Nidra practice aimed at taking you through the layers of your awareness.

Restorative Yoga
Come rest, restore, and renew! This active relaxation practice is designed with gentle floor based sequences using bolsters, blankets, and props that support the practitioner to fully relax the muscles, slow down the mental activity of the brain, shift emotional patterns, bring ease to the breath. You will leave this class feeling rejuvenated!

Candlelight Meditation
This is a gently guided meditation to relax your body and quiet the mind, suited to end your busy day and transition into a relaxed nighttime routine. Supported by calming candlelight, we will begin with a short discussion or "Dharma Talk" followed by meditation and reflection. Each week will be focused around a theme/affirmation that you can carry with you throughout the week and practice in your daily life.

Sunrise Stretch
Stretch your way into your morning for a relaxing, yet invigorating, practice to welcome the day.
This yin yoga class will wake your body up slowly with active stretching before moving into a calming meditative savasana.
